This proxy statement supplement, dated April 14, 2022, supplements the definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A (together with subsequent supplements, the “Proxy Statement”) of ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 2022, relating to the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on April 27, 2022 (the “2022 Annual Meeting”).
